PURPOSE OF THE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

To provide local businesses the opportunity to provide funding to our organization in exchange for advertisement. This will enable the band, color guard, and drum line to participate in events and to further their skills while building values such as teamwork and camaraderie. The Baldwin County School System provides only a fraction of the necessary resources for these organizations to participate in the number of events and at these advanced levels. 

 

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS

Five levels of sponsorship allow for various amounts of visibility according to each sponsor's commitment. The visibility ensures that the sponsor's name is presented to the community so that they can show their appreciation by supporting the sponsor's business.

1. Platinum Sponsor  ($3000+)

• Recognition on Robertsdale Band website and social media

• Announced acknowledgement of sponsorship after the band’s halftime performance at a Robertsdale High School regular season varsity football game

• 6 ft x 2ft banner with business name and logo displayed on 50 yard line from conducting podium during all home game halftime performances

• Recognition in concert band programs, event flyers, etc.

• Recognition on band concession stand, 12 in x 24 in sign

2. Gold Sponsor  ($1500-2999)​

• Recognition on Robertsdale Band website and social media

• Announced acknowledgement of sponsorship after the band’s halftime performance at a Robertsdale High School regular season varsity football game

• 6 ft x 2ft banner with business name and logo displayed on 50 yard line from conducting podium during all home game halftime performances

• Recognition on band truck or trailer, 12 in x 24 in sign

• Recognition on Robertsdale Band website and social media

• Announced acknowledgement of sponsorship after the band’s halftime performance at a Robertsdale High School regular season varsity football game
